Online store order and delivery terms – muovihaka.com
Effective from 1 March 2026.
General information about the online store
The seller of the online store products is Muovihaka Oy, business ID 0709764-2 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”). Prices include value added tax (VAT) by default. You can change how prices are displayed using the VAT switch: show prices with or without VAT according to your needs.We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. Incorrect price information is not binding on the Seller if the error is so obvious that the customer should have understood it to be a pricing mistake. We also reserve the right to change prices and offers if prices or availability change.We recycle packaging materials to avoid unnecessary packaging waste.
Ordering
Products are ordered online through the Seller’s online store.
All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the order price, delivery costs, and ordered products. Receiving an order confirmation requires providing an email address when placing the order.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the order and delivery terms in force at the time.
Order confirmation
We will send an order confirmation by email showing:
- Order number
- Ordered products and their prices
- The VAT amount itemized
Payment methods
Products and delivery costs are paid at the time of ordering. The following payment methods are available in the online store:
Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Local Cooperative Banks, Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, Ålandsbanken, and the most common payment cards.
Payments are processed through the Paytrail.com online payment service.
We also offer installment payments and several flexible financing options.
Payment service provider
The payment mediation service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution.

Online banking
The payment mediation service for online bank payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user’s perspective, the service works just like traditional online banking payments.
We process orders during store opening hours once the payment has been completed.
Delivery time
Our online store product pages display up-to-date availability information.
If you order a product that is in stock, we will ship it within 1–3 business days from the order.
For products that are not immediately available, Muovihaka will determine an estimated delivery time on a case-by-case basis, which will be shown on the product page. If errors or changes occur in delivery times, Muovihaka is not responsible for any resulting costs, inconvenience, or losses.
The confirmed delivery time for an order is stated in the order confirmation message once the order has been processed by the Seller.
Delivery method and delivery costs
You can choose a suitable delivery method for your order or collect the order directly from the factory during its opening hours. Delivery costs are added to the product price.
Exchange and return policy
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The return right only applies to unused, saleable products in their original packaging.
To arrange a return, please contact our customer service by email at myynti@muovihaka.fi. You will receive a return code that allows you to return the products.
Please note that custom-made products do not have a right of return, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or another exceptional situation.
Include the following information with the return:
- name, address, email address, and phone number
- bank account number for the refund
- a copy of the order confirmation

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return has been approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return has been received and processed. Only the price paid for the products will be refunded. Delivery costs are not refunded.
Problems during transport or defective products
If the product has been damaged or lost during transport, or if the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must notify us immediately after discovering the issue by email at myynti@muovihaka.fi or by phone at 09-290 2220.
Notification of an incorrect delivery or defective product must be made immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the product. If the package has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be made without delay directly to the transport company.
Other
We reserve the right to change our order and delivery terms. The customer must accept the terms in force before placing an order.
The Seller treats all customer information received through the online store as confidential. More information about data protection can be found in the Seller’s privacy policy.
