Venture Brush – Heavy-Duty Aluminium Brush Entrance Grid
Venture Brush is a durable aluminium-framed brush entrance grid designed for high-traffic entrances. Its Nylon PA6 brush tufts remove sand, grit, mud, snow and other coarse dirt from footwear at the entrance.
Its robust construction makes Venture Brush suitable for shopping centres, supermarkets, commercial properties, industrial facilities and public buildings. Each mat is manufactured to meet the dimensions and requirements of the installation site.
EFFECTIVE BRUSH ENTRANCE GRID FOR COARSE DIRT REMOVAL
The brush tufts clean the soles of shoes as people walk across the mat, without the need to scrape their feet separately. The brushes effectively remove:
- sand and grit
- mud and coarse loose dirt
- snow and dirt stuck to the soles of shoes
Effective dirt removal helps reduce the amount of debris carried indoors and makes floors easier to keep clean.

The aluminium construction of Venture Brush is designed for demanding daily use. The brush entrance grid is also suitable for locations with shopping trolleys and other wheeled equipment.

- **Wheel load on a level surface:** 375–875 kg per wheel, depending on the construction
The reinforced Venture Brush is also available in a drive-over version, suitable for applications such as tyre cleaning. The expected loads and appropriate construction are assessed individually for each installation.
EASY TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN
Thanks to its cable-connected construction, Venture Brush can be rolled up, making it easy to remove dirt collected underneath the mat and between the aluminium profiles.
- Roll up the mat.
- Remove dirt collected between the profiles.
- Brush or vacuum the area underneath the mat.
- Roll the mat back into position.
Alternatively, Venture Brush is available with a solid hinge connection, allowing the mat to be cleaned from above without regular rolling.
