Lagune Wet Area Mat – Made in Finland and Custom-Sized
Lagune is a Finnish-made, antibacterial, and highly slip-resistant wet area mat for swimming pools, showers, saunas, spas, changing rooms, and other wet areas. This Finnish-made drainage mat is custom-made to fit your space.
Lagune’s curved surface, large drainage channels, and raised grip studs provide a safe and comfortable surface for barefoot areas. Water can flow beneath the mat, while its flexible structure feels comfortable underfoot.
Lagune is manufactured at Muovihaka’s own factory using 20 × 20 cm modules. Thanks to concealed connections, the mat can be custom-made for large and irregularly shaped spaces.

Efficient Water Drainage in Wet Areas
Lagune’s large drainage channels on the underside allow water to flow beneath the mat towards the floor drain. The curved structure also helps keep the walking surface as dry as possible.
This structure makes Lagune an excellent choice for areas where floors are constantly exposed to water, such as swimming pools, shower rooms, spas, and saunas.
Excellent Slip Resistance for Barefoot Areas
Lagune’s raised grip studs and high-friction surface improve traction in wet conditions. The mat has been classified according to DIN 51097, Classes A+B+C.
The flexible, 9 mm thick structure also feels warm and comfortable under bare feet.
Antibacterial and Hygienic
An antibacterial additive is incorporated into Lagune’s raw material during manufacturing to help prevent bacteria and fungal growth from adhering to the mat’s surface.
This feature is particularly beneficial in swimming pools, spas, shower rooms, and other environments with high hygiene requirements.

Lagune is made from 20 × 20 cm modules connected with concealed joints. The result is a neat, uniform mat surface.
