Two cleaning methods in one entrance mat
Silver Brush-Rib is an effective combination entrance mat for entrances where a single mat is required to remove coarse dirt while also controlling moisture and finer dirt.
The mat’s cleaning performance is based on two different surfaces:
🧹 Brush tufts remove sand and other coarse dirt from footwear.
💧 The Rib textile helps trap moisture and finer dirt.
The combination of these two surfaces makes Silver Brush-Rib an excellent solution for entrances where a brush or textile surface alone is not sufficient. It provides both effective scraping performance and efficient moisture removal.
🧹 The brush removes coarse dirt
Dense, round Polyamide Nylon 6.6 brush tufts clean footwear during normal walking.
The brush tufts remove coarse dirt from footwear before it is carried further into the building.
The brush tufts are designed for long-term use and to maintain their cleaning performance in demanding entrance areas.
💧 Rib textile helps trap moisture
The Rib textile surface works alongside the brushes to provide additional cleaning performance.
The polypropylene Rib textile helps remove moisture and finer dirt from footwear that the brushes alone do not trap as effectively.
This makes Silver Brush-Rib particularly effective in the indoor cleaning zone of an entrance.
👠 High-heel-friendly design
Silver Brush-Rib is high-heel friendly.
Its dense and even modular construction makes it a good choice for locations with high daily foot traffic and a wide variety of footwear.
This is particularly beneficial in hotels, offices, department stores and other customer-facing premises.
🔇 Quiet and comfortable walking surface
Silver Brush-Rib modules are made from UV-protected vinyl/NBR material.
The material construction provides impact sound reduction and improves the mat’s grip.
This makes the mat well suited for entrances where effective cleaning and a pleasant walking sound are required.
🧩 Modular construction
Silver Brush-Rib consists of interlocking 38.5 × 12.4 cm modules.
The modular construction allows the mat to be manufactured according to the dimensions and shape of the entrance.
The finished mat therefore does not have to be a standard-sized rectangle.
📐 Custom-made for your space
Silver Brush-Rib is custom-made according to the customer’s dimensions and supplied ready for installation.
